Azeezia Institute of Medical Sciences and Research offers MBBS which is a four and a half years full time course with one year compulsory internship. The department has an intake capacity of 200 students. New teaching methodologies are used where the basic knowledge of Anatomy, Physiology and Biochemistry of the human body are provided to students. Time to time students counseling are held to remove the stress of students.

Candidates must have cleared 10 + 2 from any recognized institute with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as one subject along with English.
